Landschapsbeheer Gelderland is the Gelderse organization which is commitmented for over 20 years o the cultural landscape, the landscape with hedges, orchards, ditches, fields, streams and farmsteads. Each province has a Landschapsbeheer foundation and the Landschapsbeheer Nederland as the nationwide office supports these twelve foundations.

One of our characteristics is the high degree of cooperation. Since we do not own land in ownership, but strive for a beautiful landscape, we are obliged to cooperate much with others. And that is precisely one of our strengths. We work together with the province, municipalities Gelderland, volunteers, individuals and other organizations working in the landscape. By including coordinating projects, providing training, advising and assisting local individuals we seek an end result that everyone is raving about. This result can best be seen as an attractive and varied landscape for plants, humans and animals.
